Terms of service

1.1These terms govern every purchase and every use of shoizar.shop (“the Site”), including the account area, the order pages and the downloads.

1.2The seller is LLC “SHOIZAR” (trading as SHOIZAR SHOP), registration no. 0410023112, tax ID 040043106, registered on 28 May 2013, address: 65 Mayakovsky St., Sino district, Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan (“we”, “us”, “the Seller”).

1.3By placing an order, creating an account or downloading a file you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the Privacy policy, the Usage licence and the Refund policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

• Product: a digital product sold on the Site, delivered as an archive of files (for example Excel workbooks, guides, images) that you download.
• Buyer (“you”): a person or company that orders a Product.
• Order: a request to buy one or more Products, identified by an order number.
• Licence: the right to use a Product described in the Usage licence. Each purchased unit of a Product is one Licence with its own download link.

3.1We sell digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically.

3.2The product page states what is inside: the files, and for workbooks the sheets, the number of ready-filled rows and the formulas. Descriptions are generated from the archive itself, so they match what you download.

3.3Products are working materials: templates, trackers, calculators, guides and similar files. Examples inside them are illustrative. We do not promise any business result, income, ranking, sales or savings from using a Product.

3.4Products are not legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Check anything important with a qualified professional.

4.1Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the product page and in your cart, before you pay. The total is shown again before you are sent to the payment page.

4.2Payment is processed by an independent payment provider (currently Alif acquiring). The provider may show the amount in another currency, for example Tajik somoni (TJS), at the exchange rate it applies at the moment of payment. Your bank may add its own fees.

4.3We never see or store your card number, CVV, SMS codes or banking passwords. We receive only the payment status and a transaction reference from the provider.

4.4An Order is paid only when the payment provider confirms the payment. Until then the Order has the status “Awaiting payment” and no files are released.

4.5An online payment that has not been completed is closed automatically after 60 minutes. If the money is received later, the payment is still applied and access is opened.

4.6If a payment fails or is cancelled, you can start a new payment from the order page without placing the Order again.

5.1After the payment is confirmed, the download links appear on your order page and in your account. No waiting time is required.

5.2Downloads are unlimited and have no time limit. A link stops working only if it is revoked, for example after a refund or for misuse.

5.3The order page address contains a private token. Anyone who has it can open the order and download the files, so do not share it. If you think it has leaked, contact support and we will replace the links.

5.4If a file is damaged or does not open, contact support with the order number and we will replace it.

6.1You may buy the same Product more than once. Each purchased unit is a separate Licence with its own download link, and your account shows how many you have.

6.2One Order may contain up to 10 units of one Product and up to 50 units in total.

7.1An account is optional. You can buy as a guest with an email address; the account lets you see all your orders and files in one place.

7.2Give a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.

7.3We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, attempts to break the Site or violations of the Usage licence.

8.1The Products and the Site are protected by copyright. We remain the owner of all rights in them.

8.2When you buy a Product you receive a Licence, not ownership. The scope of the Licence is set out in the Usage licence, which forms part of these terms.

8.3Your own data that you enter into a Product stays yours.

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the original files or edited copies as your own product, template or download;
• share your download links or order page with people who have not bought a Licence;
• attempt to bypass payment, access files of other buyers, overload or probe the Site, or use automated tools to scrape it;
• use the Site for anything unlawful.

10.1Refunds are handled under the Refund policy. In short: a damaged or inaccessible file is replaced; a double or erroneous charge is refunded; other requests are reviewed case by case.

10.2After a refund the Licence ends and the download links are revoked.

11.1Products are provided “as is”. We take care that files open, calculate as described and contain what the product page lists, but we do not promise that a Product fits your particular purpose.

11.2To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost data.

11.3We are not responsible for failures of third parties we do not control, for example the payment provider, your bank, your internet connection or your software.

11.4Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12.1Questions about an order, a payment or a file: use the Support page and include the order number and the email used at checkout. We aim to reply within two business days.

13.1We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of the page. An Order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.

14.1These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.

14.2If something goes wrong, please contact support first: most issues are solved quickly. Disputes that cannot be settled in this way are resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Tajikistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country.
