Privacy policy
Effective from 27 October 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Who we are
1.1The seller is LLC “SHOIZAR” (trading as SHOIZAR SHOP), registration no. 0410023112, tax ID 040043106, registered on 28 May 2013, address: 65 Mayakovsky St., Sino district, Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan (“we”, “us”, “the Seller”). We decide how the personal data described below is used (we are the data controller).
1.2This policy explains what we collect when you browse the Site, buy a Product or contact support, why we collect it and what your rights are.
2. What we collect
- Email address: needed to create an order, show it to you and answer your questions.
- Account data (if you register): your email and your password. The password is stored only as a one-way hash; we cannot read it.
- Order data: the Products, quantities, amounts, currency, status, dates and your download links.
- Payment reference: the transaction number and status sent by the payment provider. We do not receive your card number, CVV, SMS code or banking password.
- Support messages: your email, the order number if you give one, and your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request details, kept in server logs and used for security and rate limiting.
3. Why we use it
- To process your order, take payment through the provider and release your files (performance of the contract).
- To show your orders and files in your account and to give support (performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in helping customers).
- To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and abuse and limit automated requests (legitimate interest).
- To keep records that accounting, tax and other laws require (legal obligation).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not build profiles of you.
4. Cookies and local storage
4.1The Site uses your browser’s local storage for things you asked for: staying signed in, keeping your cart and remembering the light or dark theme. These are strictly necessary for the Site to work.
4.2The Site does not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. Clearing your browser data removes these items; you will be signed out and your cart will be emptied.
5. Who receives your data
- The payment provider (currently Alif), which processes the payment under its own privacy terms.
- The infrastructure that hosts the Site and its database. These providers process data only to run the service for us.
- Authorities, when we are required to disclose data by law.
We do not share your data with anyone else.
6. Where data is kept
The Site and its database are hosted on a server operated by our hosting provider. Payment data is processed by the payment provider in its own systems. Where data is transferred between countries, we rely on providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: for as long as accounting, tax and other legal rules require.
- Account data: until you ask us to delete the account (see Your rights), except what we must keep as order records.
- Support messages: as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, then deleted or anonymised.
- Server logs: for a short rotating period, then overwritten.
8. How we protect it
The Site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Download links are random and can be revoked. Requests are rate-limited, the administration panel is protected by a private address and a login, and only authorised staff can see order data.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to: show you the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or stop certain use; or send you a copy. You can also object to processing that is based on our legitimate interest.
To use these rights, write to us through the Support page from the email address you used for your orders. We reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records (for example paid orders) because the law requires it.
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10. Children
The Site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is important, we will say so on the Site.
