Usage licence

1.1When you buy a Product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide and perpetual licence to use it as described here. You do not become the owner of the Product or its copyright.

1.2One purchased unit is one Licence. It covers one licensee: either one person, or one company together with its employees and contractors who work for that company.

1.3If several separate people or companies need the Product, each needs its own Licence. Buy more units: each comes with its own download link.

• use the files for your own work and for your company or team;
• use them in services you provide to your clients, for example to fill in, run and report on a client’s project, as long as you do not hand over the original template files as a product in themselves;
• edit, translate, extend and adapt the files to your needs;
• keep local copies and backups, and print the materials;
• keep using the files after the purchase without a time limit.

• resell, rent, lend or sublicense the original files, or edited copies that remain recognisably the same product;
• publish the archive or its contents for free download, or upload them to marketplaces, template stores, file-sharing sites or public repositories;
• present the materials as your own product for resale or distribution;
• share your download links or order page with people who have not bought a Licence;
• remove copyright notices or claim authorship of the original materials.

4.1We keep all rights in the Products, including the structure, text, formulas, layouts and images.

4.2The data and content you add to a Product belong to you.

5.1Names, companies and numbers inside Products are fictional examples used to show how a sheet works. Replace them with your own data.

5.2Products are tools, not advice. We do not promise any result from using them (see the Terms of service).

6.1Posters from the Collectible Art series are digital art for personal use: viewing, printing for yourself, and displaying in your own space, workspace or presentations.

6.2They are not tokens and do not carry any blockchain ownership. You may not use them on merchandise, in products for sale, or as stock images for others without our written permission.

You can re-download your files at any time from your order page or account. Products are sold as they are described on the product page; updates are not promised unless the product page says so.

8.1The Licence ends automatically if you breach this document, or when the purchase is refunded. After that you must stop using the files and delete the copies. Download links are revoked.

8.2We may take action, including closing your account, if we find the Products published or resold without permission.

If a product page states a different licence, the terms on that product page take precedence over this document for that Product.
